Overview
Inspired by yoga, yoga therapy and mindful meditation, we educate, create and play in ways that will help guide our kids to; focus, recognise and handle emotions, connect mind and body, enjoy exercise and being healthy, imagine, be creative and to be kind to one another.
Kids yoga works the whole body, inner and outer, calms the mind, teaches stillness, stretches and strengthens muscles, promotes functioning organs and makes you FEEL GOOD!
Inclusions
Tween Mindful Mondays: Eight Weeks Of Yoga Classes
Time 4:15pm (1 hour)
We will move, breath, focus, meditate and talk about our emotions.
Yoga works our whole body, physically, mentally and emotionally.
